VetRx has nothing that would treat a serious respiratory disease. Antibiotics such as Tylosin and a few others would treat mycoplasma (MG.) Those have to be ordered online fromJedds.com usually, and would take time to get there. Can you see a vet for help? You can apply some antibiotic drops or ointment to her eyes twice a day. Clean them if needed with saline.

Im thinking it’s more of a ruptured air sac or a mass/tumor.

seems like I will probably be contacting the vet tomorrow. I should be able to find one who works with chickens there is a lot of farms near me
