sick bird??? stroke??

can chickens have a stroke? what do you think I should do with it? one minute it looks dead, the next its running around with all the others. I noticed its neck was bent at about 4 weeks they will be 6 weeks tomorrow. It appears one whole side (except legs) seems dead. any suggestions would be very helpful.

so no one has had a chicken that looks like this? its like on whole side doesn't work, except for the legs.
