This past week I noticed one of my hens was a little skinny and not looking so good. I took her up to the house and weighed her and she weighs 2 pounds. Her sister who is the same age and breed is aleast 5 pounds. Last summer the chickens had worms so we dewormed them with two rounds of valbazan 10 days apart. Everything was fine until now. No other hens have diarrhea ( green and watery) and they are all plump. She is eating and drinking but today she wasn’t interested in her scrabbled eggs. She is very hunched over and fluffing her feathers. I dewormed her with valbazan yesterday and I’m hoping that will help. I was also going to get plain yogurt to help with her gut. Is there anything else is should do? Could this just be worms?

No I don’t think she’s been laying. Her crop is full but she is still digesting food. And yes that was the first thing I did.
Right, I understand, if she's been eating her crop should have food in it, but is the crop empty first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks? It should be empty in the morning.

How long has it been since she laid an egg? You may want to feel inside her vent.
She is pooping, but the hunched up appearance is concerning.
She hasn't eaten anything moldy or rotten? (feed can mold quickly)

I can check tomorrow morning. I get up early on mondays. I’ll check her vent when I get back home. Do you think it could be worms that are causing the diarrhea?

I palpated her vent area. It doesn’t feel like she has an egg in there. She did however spit up water on me. Her crop is full of nothing but water

I’m leaning towards a sour crop. She’s been just drinking water. She isn’t interested in her mash or eggs or yogurt. and these past 2 days she’s been in the house she’s gotten worse. When I first brought her up to the house she was eating her food and eggs and drinking a normal amount of water
