Sick broiler chick??

I have an almost 5 week old Cornish cross chick that just started open mouth breathing, sneezing and stretching out it's neck and closing its eyes alot. It's stands hunched up and looks I'll. It's still eating and drinking but it's definitely a lot smaller than everyone else and my daughter just pointed out he still has a yellow head (like the chick down) instead of feathers like the others. I feel like he was the last one I thought I was going to lose in the very beginning but ended up pulling thru. My other meat chicks sneeze from time to time but I thought that was normal because they've done it since the beginning. Everyone else seems great. What should I do with this one?? I really don't think it'll ever produce a decent amount of meat even if it did end up surviving the next 3 weeks but I also don't want to risk my 22 other birds getting something. Any input is appreciated! This is my very first time with meat birds and I have 2 more batches coming before the summer is over

It is very likely that it may just be dealing with congenital problems, but I would be tempted to remove it from the flock - just in case.
