Sick buff orp. What's wrong?

Its "Lefeber's Avian Support Diet". Its for sick fowl who aren't eating much. You mix it with water.

We have 3 buffs, young hens, almost poullets.

One has a tipped over comb that reminds me of my mom's leghorn chickens.

Last night, she laid an egg, I'm pretty sure. After that, she just wants to lay around. She would spread herself out like she was hot. Also seeking corners, with her back feathers kind of humped. At first, I thought maybe she was trying to lay an egg, but I'm pretty sure she was the one who laid that egg I found and she had stuff on her rear feathers. She pooped fine, not loose.

This morning, she was on the roost, but still not very active and I could get close enough to notice she has dark dots along the outer edge of her comb.

We've given them free choice scratch and laying mash. We give them hay to scratch or when I dig out weeds and grass, I let them go through the roots. They've been getting some black sunflower seeds for a treat.

I've been putting the vinegar into their water as mentioned in other threads since last Friday.

They have two places to water and one feeder inside. We do toss treats on the ground. We just set them up with granite and oyster shell in separate boxes.

Edited: They have been moved from free range and a makeshift house with music playing all day to keep them happy to a brand new house and a fenced yard, no music. There are 10 birds, 6 from the same place and four added later. Can stress be a factor. The buffs have been pretty dominate. The rooster is young and bothers no one. There are two mature hens with their clique. Because they are in a yard, they do have a good chance to overeat. But, we didn't want to turn them loose until they were acclimated and our neighborhood was acclimated. We work away.

I've been on the run, but wanted to post that this hen is back in good condition. I was really encouraged by the reports that the black dots were opportunistic bacteria.

When we got their feeding situation straightened out, she got even better and one would never know she was sick.
