Sick Chick, fainting spells

Hiya,
Alrighty I've got a dilema. This morning I went to take my chicken and her four five day old chicks to my chicken coop from my garage. When I opened the travel cage door, only three ran out. The fourth was asleep. I woke her up and she wobbled (not normal) out of cage and stood in the coop. Her eyes suddenly closed and her head started to slowing droop until I grabbed her and she woke up.
I last checked on her an hour ago after I got home from work and she was alive, although it had been 9 hours, but still doing the same thing. I've seen her drink, but not eat. She'll look perfectly alert and healthy until she begins to fall asleep. She walks around only to get water and find another place to just stand. Also every time she falls asleep, she wakes herself up nearly instantly, but she'll start to fall asleep again a few seconds later.
What's up? She was in my front yard with my flowers yesterday, could she have eaten something toxic? Could it be from azaleas?

What kind of bedding do you have? What does her diet consist of?

Well, they are free range. These chicks come into my garage at night. I just use newpaper and feed them crushed triple duty.

What is crushed triple duty? Is that the name of your feed?
I am wondering if this is a nutritional deficiency.

They're five days old. Please keep them and the hen up for a few days til you can see the babies eating for sure. A true chick feed, please. At least for a few days.

Medicated with amprolium (the feed), please, as since you're already allowing them to free range they're going to experience cocci.

Also make sure they drink.

Your chick isn't "fainting" - it's experiencing lethargy that, most often on day five, means they aren't eating. They survive three days without eating, the next day they might be ok, and day five they die off.

When people used to allow the hen to raise babies, they kept her in a special cage and allowed the babies to go out from it to eat with special feed for them all. The same concept applies only keep them all together. She can eat the starter for now.
