Sick chick Help!

Hi I have a three week chick that’s normally very chirpy but today is not chirping even if I go to pick her up and is breathing from mouth. All the rest are chirping. I ran out of food for 2 days and have them some bread. Please help! She’s also when she eats when I just got them the chick crumbs stopping and moving her body up. Please help!

When I put my ear to her mouth it sounds like air and gasping. Help!

I think she probably needs nutrition, bread would not be good for them. Has she access to grit?
Is she drinking?
Can you Very gently feel her crop and report back what it feels like??
