sick chick lethargic not eating or drinking much

we grind our own corn, soybean and sunflower seed (80% corn, 10% sunflower, and 10% soybean). same food we feed the bigger ones just ground finer. we try to keep our food as organic as possible. most of the purchased food has animal rests mixed in and I prefer to stay away from that. We purchase the corn kernel from local farmers that we know are organic producers and we get 100 lbs for about 11 dollars US. The sunflower seeds and soybeans we get for about 60 cents per pound. We mix in about 1 lb of vitamins per 100 lbs and add electrolytes called zeolites ( http://www.zeolit-serbia.com/en/first.htm ). we have found that we have bigger and better eggs and our already grown chickens seem to be less stressed. you can pm me if you need some more info.

update on my sick cornish x.
the first thing i did was remove the chick from the flock. i put her in a brooder in the house under a light. treated her with electrolytes in water. let her rest for 2 days with 20% feed.
on the 3 day i took her outside in a a small pen for sunshine and grass. added hard boiled egg to her diet. she responded well. kept this up for another say and 1/2.
i noticed her right leg was weak. this may have been the cause from the start. not enough nutrition. i gave her physical therapy on that leg. messaged it from the hip joint down to the foot. i then gave her leg exercise up and down 10x. i did this on and off all day. today she close to being back to normal.
