Sick chick or normal??

Hello. I'm a newbie to raising chickens. I have 3 baby reds right now that are about 3 weeks old. The smallest one (I think it is the runt) acts very odd. I don't know if he is sick or has mites?? He breathes heavy and twitches his head lots. He eats, drinks and loves to get rubs! I'm attaching pics. I also did notice some white crust above his beak...You can kind of see it in the pic although my cell doesn't take clear pics.

[/IMG] The other 2 seem perfectly fine. Not sure of the sex of the chicks either.

treat her for worms cause weak and shyness are signs of worms or even mites. btw she is really cute
