Sick chick - please help?

I have a 3 week old chick who is breathing heavy, is balding, and her legs are off wack. She she sits and does nothing. What could be wrong and how do I help her? I have included a pic if that will help. Thanks.

That looks like Marek's Disease to me.

Except... It's kind of young for Marek's, even the acute kind which can hit as early as 4 weeks. Avian Encephalomyelitis, perhaps? Looking at this picture, I don't think there is anything you can do but keep it comfortable until it dies (unless you're able to help it die so it doesn't suffer too badly). I'm sorry. =(
