Sick chick? She's awfully lethargic...

Hi all! I have 6 chicks that were born 8 days ago, and all seem to be doing great except for one. I can't really tell if something is actually wrong with this little gal or if she's just not as active and inquisitive as the other birds. For the past couple days she's been lethargic, although she seems to be eating and drinking well. While the other birds are playing and flapping around she just stands/lays there and "watches," and sleeps a lot. I checked her for any obvious problems and she doesn't seem to have any, no pasty butt, healthy legs, etc.

ETA: She also lays a little bit crooked, with one wing close to the ground and the other in the air, but not fully on her side.

Does she sound sick you you guys? Is there anything I can do while I wait for her to get better (if something is wrong)? I did a search for "lethargic chick" and was overwhelmed with the results, I'd love to hear what you guys think about my little lady. Thanks in advance!

We added the apple cider vinegar to the water and we've been watching her for a few days, she seems to be doing much better. Should we keep the cider vinegar in the water for a while still or switch them back to plain? Thanks so much for your help!
