Guys, I have lost couple of birds lately due to disease (not sure about which one, vet suggested NCD but someone here said IB). Link to my other thread: Lost 2 birds in three days

Now, when I got back from office I heard one of my bantam cochin gasping air like my roo was. Though, she still looks good but having hard time standing on her legs. She was among the healthiest pullet I got. I have 3 more pullets and one roo of the same breed. Though, they seem, thank God, fine yet. I am attaching video here because I think I may not be able to describe the situation better. Kindly do have a look and assist me. It's midnight here and no way that I am gonna get any help for next 10-12 hours.

Right now, I got this vaccine:

Some electrolytes, ACV, yoghurt, teramycine. Can you guys please tell me any short term treatment. Right now I've spoon feed her chopped up egg with yoghurt. She didn't take much but at least something got down her throat. She pooped couple of times in front of me and it's completely watery. Kindly help.

You can try tylan50 dose is large birds 1/2 cc small birds 1/4 cc given once daily in the breast for 5 days. Tylan50 is the antibiotic Tylosin. Its very good in treating respiratory illness. You can find it and syringe at the feed store. Do not worry it says for cattle and swine many poultry owners including myself use it with success for respiratory
It has worked very well for my flock in the past. Its a pretty strong antibiotic as its geared for cattle. It targets respiratory infections very well. If she were mine I'd give the tylan a try. Egg withdrawal is one week from last day of treatment
I really hope your bird gets better soon! It defiently sounds like its into her lungs with her breathing. I wish you the very best and hope for a fast recovery!

Hey realsis, thanks for the quick reply. We brought her to the vet today. He gave him some shots in the chest. She is better now. Standing on her feet. She still gasping but the rattling voice is not there. Drinking water too and picking up some grains. I may give another visit to the vet tomorrow.
