SICK CHICK URGENT HELP

My mix breed silkie has breathing problems
It rained a couple days ago
He had a fever and breathing difficulties
I gave him medicine and his fever is gone he is super active but still has breathing problems
Please help what can I give him to finish this problem

I have heard that apple cider vinegar in the water helps a lot with respiratory problems.
