Sick Chick??? What is wrong with it?? PLS. HELP

Okay, I ordered 6 eggs from someone on here and only 1 hatched. From day 1 it had crusty eyes. I finally fixed that problem. As of the other day she could keep both eyes open and was acting fine. As of last night. She has new symtoms. She keeps on putting her head down and "rubbing" it on the ground. I have her seperated until I figure this out. I just don't want her to die. Anyone who can help, please do. I have looked on here and I have no idea what she has still. Thanks in advance.

Oh dear - i'm sorry your baby is ill. My first thought would be to check that there is ample heat and no drafts. Since the chick is the only one in there, it doesn't have the benefit of any others to help it stay warm, so exact temps would be critical, I would imagine.
Are you feeding medicated starter?

They are on medicated starter and I hatched other chicks from someone else too. They hatched a couple days after this one. Nothing has changed as far as heat etc.She wasnt alone until now since I segegrated het

Thanks. Its tough, I want to know what it is so I can help it. Nothing whatsoever has changed.
