I would turn down the heat slightly and try to get them to drink water. If possible, give them water through a syringe. Sugar water may help them to want drink. Good luck

Put a hook on the ceiling and raise the bulb higher in the air to lower the temp, saves having to install a dimmer or swap bulbs throughout brooding.

Dc3085 is right, much cheaper to simply move the lamp up. Also, if you have a heating pad, turn it off.

Move it up or switch to a lower bulb. There should be an area they can get out of the heat anyway.
