I hve a chick that I had to help hatch yesterday it was about 4 days over due and could hardly get out of the sack it is panting and not moving around much what can I do to help it?

You can try giving Sav-a-chik or similar by dropper. However, it may be that the little one is simply not strong enough to make it.
If it takes a couple of drops, keep it warm, feed every couple of hours or more frequently if needed. You may need to massage it's bum to get things 'moving along'.
