Sick chick

I have noticed over the past few days one of our chicks hasn't been acting normal, gold sex link chicks are about 3 weeks old. I recently noticed the smallest of all the chicks seems really lethargic while all the other chicks are active and running around this one just seems to lay there and not do much. It does move around every once In a while, the more I look at it this chick seems abnormally smaller than the others and seems to have a much more round shaped body than all the others. Any ideas?

It could be so many things. Does the little chick have diarrhea, swollen eyes, any symptoms besides lethargy? Is it eating and what are you feeding them? Where did you get the chicks? You could contact whereever you got them from to see if the seller has had problems with any of the others. The baby needs to stay warm. Ideally, it should be separated from the others, although this can be stressful, especially for a chick. You could try putting that baby in a separate small cage where it can still hear and see the others, and make sure that the baby is warm and has some privacy. But if it has a different shaped body, it could be just an abnormality that it was born with. Can you post a picture?
