Sick chick

I'm new at raising chickens. I have what I believe is a Wyandotte, 5 months old. She all the sudden seems lame. I cannot find anything wrong with her legs or feet. She is not off water or feed yet. Just a gradual decline. The rest of the flock are showing no symptoms. It is my understanding that they were vaccinated when purchased from hatchery. Any ideas?

I had the same thing happen with one of my birds. I think it was mareks but I can't be sure because I didn't have a necropsy done.
