We have a 9 week old chick, lethargic, no interest in anything around her, will drink water and eat egg yolk if I bring it to her mouth. Her feet are normally yellow and turning darker.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :welcome
Hopefully she gets better! Roughly where are you located? What do her poops look like?
Hello!
Her poops have been 1 mostly clear with some white and little but of green, 2 mostly clear, 3 mostly green.
We're in Ohio. It's been 90 degrees. they have access to shade in an enclosed run.

Hmm, have you checked her crop? What is her diet? Any sign of injury?
Hello!
She was fine this morning snacking on mealworms. On an organic starter/grower. They get garden scraps. Her crop was empty.

The only injury is where others have pecked at her tail feathers growing in but not the skin just broken feathers.

Her poops are not a good sign, they mean she's malnourished. You need to get some food into her right away, try wetting some chicken feed with water and see if she'll eat it. Also get some Nutri-Drench or Sav-A-Chick and give that to her. You may want to treat her for coccidiosis using Corid. Could you get some pics of her feet?
