Sick chick!

I have 6 two week old chicks. Everything has been great until about 30min ago when I noticed one of the "girls" having some respiratory distress. She was not panting but seemed to to be working really hard to breath in. She also has a...cough. she makes little squeaks and shakes her head. I have separated her from the others and I'll keep an eye on her tonight. We chose to go the organic route so none of the chicks have received medicated food or water. Maybe that was a bad choice. Any thought on what is happening.
