Sick chicken and i don't know anything about chickens please help

i was suggested by someone to post here and ask for an opinion, someone told me about a chicken no one was taking care of and was sitting for 2 days so even tho I know nothing about chickens i went to get it and at first i thought it had an egg stuck but i did the warm bath thing and olive oil on the butt and looks like its not it and the chicken looks like can't walk ,it moves it's legs but can't stand up ,she does eat and drink and poops so i wash her butt cause she spends the time sitting but she does move her legs but can't seem to stand up and her belly doesn't feel squishy or hard but it's very red and irritated and her butt keeps making movements like she wants to poop, I'm so unfamiliar with this i don't know where else to turn and i was told there isn't an actual chicken vet in the area to bring her to or put her down

Can you post clear well-lit photos of the hen, her poop, vent, legs, etc.?

Do you know how old she is?

I'd work on her staying hydrated first, then offer her some feed to see if she will eat.
