sick chicken any advice needed

hello, my chicken sarah has been acting sick and just out of it she will not stand or walk she wont get up to eat or drink only when i put it near where she is laying it has been 3 days of this behavior. the first day my mom found her she thought she was dead honestly, it was hot outside, she had some pretty bad pasty butt, her comb was white and shrivelled and she was found in a corner. she smells very bad even though i washed her. what can i do for her

I’m not an expert, but some electrolytes in her water might help. Other people will have better answers.
