Sick Chicken... any hope?

I have an Aracauna mix hen that is weak. When I picked her up she had a bunch of poo caked below her vent... all fresh, not dry. I washed her off and noticed her vent was droopy. She has raspy breathing & can't stand on her own... I cannot afford to take her to a poultry vet, but she's one of our faves & would like to try and save her. Help please!

Clean her up, fresh food, fresh water, and that's about all you an do. Observe and check for weight changes and perhaps see if she is egg bound.

How do you check if she is egg bound??

It doesn't feel like she is egg bound. Cleaned her up and have her resting quietly.
