Sick Chicken-can't stand and falls to side

I have a 5 reds and this moring when I went to let them out of the coop 1 did not move. The chiken was laying on her side,lethargic and unable to stand. I attempted to stand her up but she slowley falls to her side and closes her eyes. No problems with her or the others prior to this. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
