7 month old chicken.Hasn’t laid in a few days.Pasty butt it appears. Not moving much. Only drinking water currently. She’s very lethargic and falling asleep standing up.

Where I touch her crop she perks up high but that’s the only time I get any movement out of her.

Poops are green and white.

How does her crop feel? Is it empty and flat or is there food in it making it firm or puffy? Is her crop empty first thing in the morning before eating or drinking? I would clean up her vent area without stressing her too much. Has she laid eggs recently? She is a bit young for reproductive problems, but that could be what is wrong. Has she been wormed recently, and with what? What do you feed her? Is there any moldy food in her area? I would give her some electrolytes or sugar water for strength. Offer some scrambled soft egg with water and some watery chicken feed. Probiotics or some plain Greek yogurt with live cultures may be helpful.

her crop is puffy this morning.

I just gave her some eggs and Greek yogurt after massing the crop. Not sure what else I can do

Does she have any bad or sour odor from her beak? Check her crop again first thing in the morning. I would make sure that she is drinking fluids. Don’t give her any whole grains or seeds, but just watery feed in small amounts along with some egg. Get some miconazole or monistat yeast cream from your local drugs store or Walmart, Walgreens. Give her 1/2 inch of that cream orally twice a day. Some use Medistatin or nystatin. Read this article by @azygous about crop disorders:
