Sick chicken dilemma continues

We are now finishing nearly two weeks of having a sick golden buff. She does not move at all, eats little, therefore poops little. Initially thought she was bound, but she would not have lived this long had she been bound. She sounded congested when she made noises. We initially put Duramycin in her water for about a week, however with her not eating/drinking much, we started Tylan50 injections 3 days ago. Still no change. Besides not walking around much, her comb is turning purple and today she feels bloated. Any ideas.

What do her poops look like now? Is she losing weight as well as looking bloated? I might be tempted to get her on an antibiotic like Baytril or clavamox just in case she has something weird like enteritis or E.coli. Would your vet prescribe that for her? You can get those online, but it would probably be too late. She also could have egg yolk peritonitis, and developing ascites or fluid in the abdomen.

Edited to say that bacitracin, neomycin, or chlortetracycline might be better for treating necrotizing enteritis or clostridium perfringens infection.

Her poop is white with brownish/yellow center. Sounds very gassy when she does poop. Although she has not eaten much over the past 2 weeks, today she ate mealworms, yogurt and some raisins. She received her 4th shot of Tylan50 today. Her eyes look good, feathers continue to be lustrous.

I'm no expert, but I think Tylan is used for upper respiratory infections.
