sick chicken... egg-bound/infection?

I just been told that she had been laying eggs for quite a while now. That She Is, an old hen ! ,

There have been hens healthy till age 16 so please don't believe that she's old and that's that. Many make it to at least 9 years of age.

I don;t know how old you are and you shouldn't tell us but I bet taking on some dog walking or other part time endeavor would more than pay for vet help when your pets become sick. What if you promise to pay back whatever it costs to help her?

t makes me so sad when adults decide to have chickens but don't do what it takes to help them when they get sick

It hurts me to say that she just passed away! Yes, I could've done more and I did the impossible I was the only one caring for these chickens and just everything and everyone was against me! I want to thank you for your Help and support!! I'm ashamed to even reply back with this guilt trip.
