Today we got 4 silkie chicken from a flea market. Two we got from the same seller and and they was both under weight. The hen was worse off. She had an overgrown beak that I had to trim. Because of this she couldn’t eat or drink for idk how long. She is really bony but eating and drinking now her beak is trimmed. She is also having an either a respiratory issue or allergies to the weather. She is snotting and her eyes are red with puss coming out. We are giving her vitamins and I made her a tea with peppermint, garlic, echinacea
To help with allergies. Any ideas on what else to do?

How exactly was her beak overgrown? From the front? Its not cross beak?
Could you get a picture of her eyes? Are any of the other's exhibiting the same symptoms? It very well could be respiratory and in that case you probably want to get some Tylosin to treat.
I would just keep her well fed, make sure she's drinking, give the vitamins and tea, and monitor. If she's not acting very sickly that's great.

I would get some 20% chick starter and feed everyone it, the protein will really help them out. I would also give high protein foods such as meat, fish, and eggs. Keep giving vitamins, and also everyone will benefit from them. Hopefully the two will gain weight. I would also consider deworming everyone.

Sorry it took a while to respond. She dosnt have cross beak but the top beak was growing down where she couldn’t eat or drink. Her eyes are doing better but there is still some mucus coming out. She usually has one eye closed, that’s the one that is worse. I’m leaning it and giving her vitamins. But today i noticed she is not eating much. She is drinking a ton of water and pecking at her food but not eating it. Idk what to do about that. I am giving her eggs mixed with a lot of vitamins.

Yes she is separated along with the roster she came with. I gave her some tea and she liked it. Today I am giving her miracle water, honey , garlic and apple cider vinegar. Now what is worrying me the most is her not eating. She will look intereested in it but only peck at it.

That's good she doesn't have cross beak!
I think you definitely should get some Tylosin, if possible, to treat the respiratory issue, it will help get rid of it.
Is her crop feel large and squishy? Before bed take away her water and food, and then check her crop in the morning and see if its empty or not.
To feed her, you can make little balls of food by mixing the feed with water to the right consistency, and put those into her mouth.

Do not give her that tea.
She likely has a contagious respiratory issues, do not let her anywhere near any other birds you might have.

No, she doesn’t have crop. She is vary skinny so it’s easy to tell when I feel her.

Sorry, I worded that wrong, I ment she didn’t have water belly or anything wrong with her crop.
The crop is referred to where food is kept after they eat, the crop is down the neck and in front of them. Water belly would happen in the abdomen, which is underneath the vent and behind the legs.
