Does she have a bad or sour odor from her beak if you feel her crop? I would offer some water and mushy chicken feed, but very watery. Plain Greek yogurt with live cultures can be good to offer with her food or alone if she will take some. Miconazole or Monistat cream from a pharmacy or Walmart can be given twice a day. Don’t massage a squishy crop, since that can cause her to vomit and chi poke. Here is a good article on crop disorders which can be related to other disorders such as reproductive and others.

She looks very sick! So sorry! Why is she all beat up looking? If she has been getting pecked on, that means something is wrong with her.

She acted very lethargic and made no noise even when I picked her up and brought her inside. I wondered if maybe she was a bound so I gave her a soak and Epsom salt for about 10 minutes. I also gave her some dewormer, as well as I gave her some electrolytes. I couldn't get her to eat anything at first, but after a few drinks of the electrolytes I was able to get her to eat some scrambled eggs. Since she was soaked from Epsom salt bath, I didn't want to put her outside especially since it's so cold. I checked on her just now and she's back to being hunched over and not moving. She looks ill and lethargic

Also I don't know if this has anything to do with it but she Appears to be favoring her right foot. There is a small bump on her left foot on the middle toe, but no redness or bumblefoot scabs.

I'm sorry your hen is not well.

Can you get some Calcium into her as mentioned? Ask Mom if she has any Calcium or TUMS.

It's good that you felt the crop and her breath has a bad smell. Address that symptom according to the info that @Eggcessive gave you.

Don't force feed her right now but do make sure that she has water to drink, and you can make food available. The scrambled egg and a bit of her normal food is fine.

I’m so sorry Ingrid. She lived a long time and I’m sure she appreciated you bringing her out of the cold and helping her. My chickens always died in my lap and it seemed to comfort them.

I don't know how. I'm almost positive it was her crop.
Should I burp her and see? I want to respect her body, but at least then I'd know.

I think theres an article with videos on it. @Eggcessive or @Wyorp Rock might know, not sure though.
