Sick chicken, need help ASAP!!!

One of my chickens has been acting strange and it's gotten very bad. She can't walk without falling, if she drinks water she falls backwards and her head goes back. She eats fine though. A few days ago I took out a whole bunch of ear wax out of her ear, the left side was a dark yellow almost orange and had this strong odor, the right wasn't bad. please someone help, idk what to do and it's hurting my heart.

Look up the symptoms of coryza. Also wry neck.

How old is it? How long have the symptoms been present? Do you see anything in its beak/throat or any nasty smells coming from its beak?

Does the comb/waddle have any sores or black spots? Does it make any weezing sounds?
