Does her crop feel like there's something in there? That looks like a cecal poop to me. Feel her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks. Then check it a few times during the day. The bony thing you're feeling is probably her keel. She's thin. Get a cheap kitchen scale - Target, Walmart, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond should all have them - and put her on it. Hold her a minute to calm her down and when she relaxes, look at her weight and write it down. Do this daily at pretty much the same time so you can track it. Is she outside or in the house?

She is outside, but we put them up at night. She is very calm, loves us to hold her. I have a kitchen scale. What if I weigh her and weigh her "twin", I used to not be able to tell them apart. Just to compare. I will start a journal for her tonite and weigh every morning. Her crop was small and squishy, that's really all I can say about it. I'll post the two weights in a minute.

Updated: so my pullet seems to have a little more energy today. She came to my door to visit, lol. Is it possible that she doesn't like the chicken feed? She doesn't eat it but will eat other stuff. It a different kind, she was on fresh farm chicken feed.
