Sick chicken? Please help!

My little Spleckled Sussex cock is a lively little guy! But recently (past few days) ive noticed that his droopings have been unusial. I know this is gross, but they are like little grey pebbles surrounded in liquid.

im worried about him! He is acting normal but im worried. Can someone please help me? He hasnt been eating anything unusial, but im worried that he could be having early sign effects of a sickness! if he is sick,i need to remove him from the flock so he wont get the others sick! Please help!

I checked the chart and maybe because of the heat the rooster is drinking a lot of water. I know it is not unusual to have sort of runny chicken poop when it is hot. The other possibility to keep an eye out for might be worms.
