sick chicken? please help

yesterday my barred plymouth rock started to really slow down, this morning she is not eating but drinking alot of water. when she bends to peck at the dirt, all the water comes streaming out of her mouth and nose? Whats going on? Please help first time chicken keeper

she is also shaking her head all over pulling it up and stretching it around

she also just did and extremely watery poo really liquidy....help please?

Im not really sure how to help you, but it sounds like something is wrong with the crop, maybe an impaction? I would recommend you research this and see if the symptoms match. If so, there are lots of knowledgable people on here who can help you!
