Sick chicken, pooping red blobs

That looks like sloughed mucosa (gut or repro tract lining) which means a really severe gi tract infection or loss of blood supply (twist, foreign body, etc). Definitely keep her on the antibiotics (peritonitis and septic shock are real dangers). Keep the electrolytes coming (may need to force her to drink). Keeping her off feed for a couple days to rest the gut isn’t a bad idea (I’ve seen parboil puppies survive over a week without eating, she won’t die of that!) but keep her hydrated. If you can find metronidazole it might help too. Time and nursing care is what she needs.

That is parvovirus puppies not parboiled puppies! Ugh! Autocorrect!? To get fluid into her use a syringe (have someone hold her) and very gently hold it to the corner of the bill and trickle water in, she should swallow it.
