Sick chicken, unknown cause.

I posted here a while back about my chicken who has a bad pecking wound to vent area. As far as i am aware she has not started laying yet. Im a bit stumped with her. Shes eating and drinking. Drinking more. Eating less. Fluffed up at times then runs for treats. Shes had brief debridement from myself on the wound however its on the entry of her left side of the vent which i struggle tk debride. Shes had a course of antibiotics and a further course from me recently. She strains when trying to pass. Her stool has been watery and today greenish diarrhoea. I thiught i seen very small amount of blood in stool yesterday. Should i try treating for cocci? I am going to send a faecal float test for worms. Recently all treated for lice/mites. Her comb and wattles are still red. Shes not fully grown yet. She gets pain relief regularly. I put flamazine onto the wound which is silver. And apply vaseline to necrosis to try and remove any. She gets regular pain relief. I dont know if she has a blockage somewherr or if its just because shes not eating. Im scared to throw everything at her. Any help appreciated. Photo attached is improvement. The necrosis has good nice skin undernesth its just needing to fall off. The inside of the vent part is what im struggling with.

The blood is likely to be the wound healing on the inside but you can treat for coccidiosis if you want. She's looking good, good job.

Thanks I wasnt sure if treating for cocci would be bad for her if she doesnt have it. I will post previous picture of wound. I stopped debriding as wondered if it was me causing too much pain. They are so hard to read. So i am leaving it too scab over and let new skin come through. Left is very first photo. Right is when necrosis started.
