You can get Baytril online for pigeons without a prescription. It will not hurt to give it just to see if it helps. The dosage and where to buy it online is in post 23.

We had to put her down. She was eating and everything was going right through her. My husband said she had no meat on her breasts, she was starving to death. The last morning she was with us there was a huge wet area on the newspaper from the "water" that came out of her. She was the best chicken we ever had, miss personality! I want to thank all of you for your help in diagnosing her. You are the best!

I am very sorry that you lost your hen. Unfortunately reproductive disorders like the one she had are the most common causes of death in laying hens. When we spend a lot of our time caring for them, we can feel a larger loss. But she probably felt comfort with your care the last few weeks.
