Sick chicken with weird poops. Please help! (graphic)

We have quarantined our sick chicken. She's lethargic and won't eat or drink unless we feed her by hand (we're giving her electrolyte water, boiled eggs and dried worms). She won't really drink much. She's also only wanting to sit - she'll walk around for a minute then plop down. Her poop is very strange - very liquidy, party yellow/white and part with ~1/8" black or very dark green squishy dots. I've never seen poop like this but I can't find anything resembling this online. Please help!

It is hard to just diagnose a chicken with a picture of droppings, but I think that she could be dying. Here is a link about droppings, and scroll down to the pictures of the hen with oviduct cancer:

Of course, that is not a diagnosis, but she is not getting enough nourishment to have normal droppings.
In the meantime, I would offer her some electrolytes and vitamins such as Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry CELL 3 ml a drop at a time. Chopped egg or wet chicken feed made thin may be good to offer her. Sorry about your hen. If you can take her to a vet, I would.

Thank you @Eggcessive! It does look like the picture with cancer. How sad. We will keep her overnight and try to find a vet tomorrow. We've had trouble finding vets that will take chickens in the Austin area though. May have to just keep her comfortable just in case she gets better.

I have been looking in the “search forums” section for a Texas thread. Her is it if you want to try posting for finding a chicken vet near Austin— things get slow after 10 pm, so you may want to post again in the morning, or start a new thread such as “anyone know an austin, tx chicken vet.”
