Sick Chicken

Hi:
I seen to have a sick chicken and am not real sure what to do for her. I don't think she is egg bound as she doesn't have most of the symptoms. She is lethargic and not walking around. Laying down but will eat a little bit. Her vent looks clear. If I stand her up, she is very unstable and will put her wings out. I am really at a loss as to what to do. Thanks for any advise.

What does her poop look like? Are her feathers ruffled? Is she drinking?

I'm sorry to hear your girl isn't doing well. It would be a good idea to isolate her from the flock in case she has something contagious and so the other chickens don't peck at her. Here is a link to the emergency thread:
