Thursday I noticed one of my chickens sounded a little hoarse. On Friday she became disoriented and was stumbling backwards and couldn't stand. A couple hours later she was completely fine. On Sunday she did this all over again except this time she would only turn to the right to walk. She holds One Wing out a little from her body and it hangs down some plus one of her legs isn't working good. She appears a slight bit better today but she is sitting a lot. She is eating and drinking. It's almost as if she had a stroke.

it sounds like she may have. Dranging one wing out and confusion can be neurological symptoms. I agree on checking out the link above, more people may know the answer and how to help her recover.

It sounds as though she has had strokes or some kind of seizures. Is it possible she has gotten into spoiled (moldy food) or any poison for rats or fertilizer/ weed killers.?

She is in a chicken tractor away from all these things.
