Hi
Welcome To BYC
How is your hen doing?
Did she lay an egg?
It's hard to tell, but it looks like the poop could be a mixture of poop and egg matter (egg yolk/white)? She may have laid a soft shell or shell-less egg. Feel her abdomen for any swelling or bloat.
You can give her a soak in a warm epsom salt bath and give her a clean up too. Provide her with some extra calcium and poultry vitamins. She may be still trying to pass part of an egg membrane.
I have a girl that does this from time to time, I know it's most likely an indication of things to come for mine - internal laying/reproductive disorders are common in laying hens. When she does this I give her some extra calcium (dissolved/crushed Tums or liquid Calcium) and poultry vitamins. After I do this she expel a shell membrane. I clean her up and send her on her way. I just keep any eye on her, so far she does fine afterward. I watch for lethargy, going off feed, swelling/bloated abdomen, etc., that would be an indication of something like Peritonitis that has become advanced.
Hopefully with your girl, it is just a one time "glitch" and she won't have problems in the future. Watch to see that she is eating/drinking and provide her with some extra vitamins and protein like egg or tuna a couple of times a week.
Keep us posted.
