Sick chicken???

Glad your taking a sample in - let us know what they say.

No worries about poop photos - we see them all the time.
What do your feed your pullets?Do they have access to a source of grit (crushed granite/small stones) for grinding of food?

We got the diagnosis of coccidiosis and mites now just have to find a vet that carries the medicine for it

You can treat the mites with a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust - this can be found at most feed stores http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/1151513/pesticides-approved-for-poultry
Did a vet confirm the Coccidiosis?
If you are in the US, you can treat with Corid (Aprolium) - this is found in the cattle section of stores like Tractor Supply.
It comes in liquid or powder - dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or
2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon.
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.
After they finish treatment offer some poultry vitamins and probiotics/plain yogurt.

Packaging should look similar to these:

The answers and Qs are quite well and solid.
You need to prevent the incidince of Coccidiosis by :
-- removing the litter regularly
-- avoiding wet or damp area around feeders or dishes.
-- add hay to absorb any spelt water.
-- use immune boosters like vitamins and miminerals

regarding treating coccidiosis avoid any vitamin B therapy or medicated feed containing Vit B as it is used by coccidia to develop its pathogenic characters.

Wish your bird a speedy recovery
