I was going to my chicken barn and when I got there a chicken was sitting on the floor not moving so I took her in the house and by warmth but she still doesn't move much any ideas what it could be.

How old is she, and has she been laying eggs? What happens when you stand her up and try to get her to walk? Do her legs work, and does she use her wings to balance? Is she sleepy or alert? Any dirarrhea? Try giving her water with some electrolytes. It could be almost anything, so more info may help.

She just started laying like a month ago when I stand her up she just kind of sits down and she won't walk I think she uses her wings as balance and she's sleepy. BTW it's cold outside.

Get a disposable glove, and insert one finger into her vent an inch or two to check for a stuck egg. Normal would be feeling nothing but soft tissue. Injuries are normal, so check her toes for color, swelling, and any scabs on bottoms of feet for bumblefoot. Chances of Mareks disease are way down there, but always in the back of our minds when one will not walk. Any other symptoms you can think of, let us know. Try to get her eating some chopped scrambled egg or tuna, and her usual feed. Does she eat layer feed yet, and have some free choice crushed oyster shell for calcium?
