I have a 14 week Ayam cemanis hen that I can tell does not feel good. She eats ALOT and drinks but seems a little less energetic than the others. She walks around puffed up all the time and this morning was shivering. Her feathers are unkept and she sits with her eyes closed. I have just finished a round of Corid and was planning on a wormer next because their has been very little change in her. I would be thankful for any advice.

I'm sorry to say that if your hen is eating a lot and is lethargic in spite of it, and she's puffed up indicating she feels unwell, she likely has an organic disease such as, for example, genetic kidney disease.

Most other treatable disease cause loss of appetite, including the coccidiosis you were attempting to treat.

Was she, by any chance, under-size as a chick?

Has she ever been wormed ?
Chickens live close to the earth, and eat worms, which are known intermediary hosts for ascarids as well as so many other parasites.
Worm all your birds 2 x a year, spring and fall.
You should worm them once, and again in 10 days to kill any emerging new worms.
I use several kinds of wormer including Eprinex, pumpkin seeds, and a few others, so the parasites do not build up an immunity to any specific wormer.
Eating alot could be a sign, she is feeding a parasite load.
If you have them, bust up pumpkins & toss them in your coop yard for all to share.
I grow an assortment of squash & pumpkins just for the birds.
Mine love a specific squash called a "sweet meat" and its seeds kill worms !
Hope this helps !

I got the hens when they were 12 weeks old. The cage they came from was in great need of cleaning. The other birds I purchased have developed nicely but she has not. I have looked closely at her droppings and not been able to see any worms. She has not been wormed so I am hoping that is the problem. I am planning on starting the wormer tomorrow morning I really hope this fixes the problem.

worms will seldom present themselves out in the world for you to see.
They hide up in the gastroentestinal tract eating the food the bird ingests, they can migrate to various organd within the bird's body.
The only time I have seen worms fall out in the poop, is after the birds ate pumpkin seeds.
Best of luck !
