Can you post some photos of the poop (with worms) and of your hen?
Are they roundworms?
How old is she?
Wazine will only treat roundworms. When did you treat her with the Wazine?

Will wait for photos and more info.

Wazine will treat only roundworms in chickens. If you are seeing blood in the droppings, there is a possibility that she could have coccidiosis or capillary (hair) worms. How old is she? You could try to have a vet do a fecal test on her droppings to look for those. Or you could use Valbazen or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer, which treat most of the other types of worms. How is she acting? Is she alert, active, eating, and drinking well? Is procell a vitamin supplement?

If you use Valbazen give 0.08 ml per pound of weight orally once and again in 10 days. To be sure to kill capillary worms, I think it may need to be given 3 days in a row. I am certain someone will correct me if wrong.

SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer dosage is 0.25 ml per pound of weight given 5 days in a row orally.

Coccidiosis is a disease more common in young birds, but can be a problem in older chickens if they have problems with immunity. Corid (amprollium) is the treatment. Dosage is 10 ml of the liquid Corid per gallon (or 1 1/2 tsp of the powder) given for 5 days as the only source of water. It is safe to treat all birds.

I was wondering about coccidiosis when I saw there is blood in the poop. Does that happen with some worms? I've never heard of bloody poop from worms but there's lots I still have not heard about I'm sure.

Poor chicken sounds pretty miserable. Hopefully with some pictures along with some more info (questions asked by Wyrop Rock and Eggcessive) she'll be feeling better soon. Good luck, I hope she is just taking a day off while battling those worms, and eating her chicken feed and drinking plenty of water (with procell if they are poultry vitamins) will help her recovery. The photos will definitely help with suggestions.

there's no blood In the isolation coop droppings, but she just seems to lay there with her legs and feet out to the side. she seems alert and resting. I looked up the worms on the internet and round worms were a match.

Capillary worms can sometimes cause blood in the droppings, and others can as well if there is gut damage. Roundworms can be seen in the poop, but unfortunately their eggs and most other worms are not see without a microscope. A fecal float can help to see worms and coccidia oocysts in the droppings, and although they are not perfect, they can be helpful. My dogs always have negative fecal floats for some reason even though they eat the most disgusting things in our yard. I don’t know how accurate they are. My vet charges about $30 for a fecal. I usually just go ahead and worm my chickens twice a year, just to be safe. Here is a good link with some info on worms:

don't know how old she is

So, she is not up and moving around? Can she stand and walk if you pick her up? If she is acting lifeless or is lethargic, I would get some Corid and start treatment for possible coccidiosis as well. Have you checked inside her vent with a finger to see if she might have an egg stuck?
