My poor chicken has had lice/ mite infestation and now dehydration. Her coordination is off, her color is bad, and I'm unsure about her poops in the past few days. They are bright yellow and green with dark lumps. She eats and drinks plenty including herbs, flowers, and acv. This has been going on but the weeks now. She is isolated and out if the sun. Any thoughts???

What flowers is she eating? Chickens will eat anything, there may have been a plant that didn't agree with her. You said her color was off- is her comb is pale? Could be coccidiosis. Wouldn't hurt to give her some Corid water.

Do not give her corid. You said her poop is runny but not red like there's blood in it. Can you post a pic of poop?

Have you had her poop checked for worms? What flowers is she eating? What did you treat the lice/mites with? Which was it, lice or mites? Is she laying? and were any other birds infested with lice/mites?

Sorry, didn't see the poop pic.

There is nothing wrong with Corid. I've been giving my Rhodes a little to be on the safe side.

There is when you're treating a sick chicken for something it doesn't have.
You need to know what you're dealing with not just start throwing stuff at it and see what happens.

I'm sorry to say that Leia passed away. She had been sick several weeks and nothing I was doing at home helped her. Her comb was very pale, her legs were not functioning, and she was not healthy. I'm sorry she passed but she is suffering no more. I will forge forward with the healthy 3 and hope to keep them flourishing.
Thank you for your posts and advice!

Oh no, I am so sorry for your loss. :hugs It did sound like coccidiosis. It wouldn't hurt to give the rest of your flock a little Corid just to be on the safe side. Coccidiosis is contagious to other chickens. You may also consider cleaning your coop out just to be on the safe side. Again, sorry for your loss. :(:hugs:hit

I'm sorry for your loss. Best ofluck with your remaining flock members.

I would suggest you have a check for worms in the rest of your flock. Green poop does not indicate coccidiosis. This is indicated by bloody stools. Since you didn't answer the other questions my thoughts would be worms or Marek's if she had become paralyzed.
