Do you know if your flock had ever been vaccinated for Merek's? If you got your chickens from Tractor Supply, then they have not been vaccinated for ANYthing. It's a shame that stores would sell unvaccinated poultry.

Vaccinating for Marek's only prevents the tumors that cause paralysis. It does not prevent the bird getting the disease.

I would suggest you have a check for worms in the rest of your flock. Green poop does not indicate coccidiosis. This is indicated by bloody stools. Since you didn't answer the other questions my thoughts would be worms or Marek's if she had become paralyzed.
