Sick chicken?

One of my hens has been acting strange today, lethargic and inappetent...noticing her third eyelid more when she blinks too?

She was acting weird today out in the open, straining like she needed to pass an egg and she eventually did along with some yellow discharge but then just stood on one place for ages, not very interested in what’s going on...(I included a picture of how she’s standing)

She’s a 2.5-3 year old, ex-batt

What could this be? I’m bringing her to the vet tomorrow

Could be a reproductive issue, but I could be wrong.

Can you post a pic of the yellow discharge? Reproductive issues are common in older hens especially ex battery hens.Might want to isolate her and keep her in a dark warm place with food and water for now.
