Sick Chicken

I have a chicken that has been tucking her tail for about 2-3 weeks, she has been eating, drinking and laying eggs. I read a couple of threads and some said she may be lazy or just watch her. Today she stayed on the roost and would not open her eyes. I checked her eyes and they looked normal I am very concerned for her. Any ideas or suggestions?

Check to make sure her crop is empty in the mornings before she eats/drinks. Getting on the roost like that during the day - you may want to feel inside her vent for an egg.

Is she pooping? What is that like?
How old is she?
What do you feed?
