Sick chicken

I noticed one of my hens for the last couple of days seemed to be moving a little slower than the others. I noticed today that she has red feet so not sure what to do at this point. I am thinking she is egg bound so I soaked her in warm water with epsom salt for about 20 minutes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I will try and attach a pic if possible.

Can you insert a clean finger into her vent for an inch or two, to feel for a stuck egg. Is she pooping? Her red streaks on her legs may be normal coloring that says she is fertile, but the color may be more intense is she is excited or running a fever.

Doesn't seem to be feverish and I will check to see if she has a stuck egg. Her poop very little and runny and not excited and no appetite
