Hi, starting this morning, I have a 4 year old hen that would not come down from the roost. She was gulping for her breath. Upper respiratory, gape worm? Here’s some pics. As of yesterday she was fine. Eating, drinking, foraging. Help

Sorry about your hen.
Do you know what that is in the corner of her beak?
When did she last lay an egg?

Good catch @DobieLover !
@BLACKCATFARM It could be debris of some sort. However it could be a wet pox lesion or maybe canker. If there's a foul odor coming from the mouth, it's canker. Take a whiff and let us know. Open her mouth and look for lesions especially at the back of her mouth and let us know as well. Any type of lesions can cause the symptoms you're seeing.

Hi, yeah, I took that picture because I wasn’t sure what that white stuff was in the corner of her mouth. I did look, and I did not see any sores or anything. She’s been laying about 3 eggs a week. I did get her to drink some water, but she was not interested in food. Oh, and there was not any kind of smell coming from her. Thanks for the replies.
